To accept our invitation and allow you to view our content on demande you just need to find a e-mail sent by noreply@plex.tv ,
and click on this button ( I Accept the invitation)
Or you can also accept it manually
1st step:
Go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop and do the login with the same e-mail you have ordered the package.
2nd step:
Go to the right up side on your top menu and click on your icon, like this
3rd and the last step is to accept the invitation, like this example
